HOTEL RECEPTIONIST- SUPERB 4 STAR HOTEL CO LOUTH. Ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy 4 star hotel receptionist role (applicants without hotel reception experience will not be shortlisted. Will have an excellent track record in guest care. Will have experience with Opera ( would be an advantage , however not a must. Duties will include: To offer the highest level of guest service in the Reception Area of the hotel, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times. Specific Responsibilities include: The checking in and out of guests on arrival and departure; Dealing with enquiries via the telephone and at the Front Desk; Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to the handling of cash and keys, Reservation duties when necessary. Have an in-depth knowledge of your department product and of that of the total hotel facilities. To work as part of the Team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being flexible at all times. To promote upselling and general sales within the department and ensuring maximum revenue is generated. To have pride and commitment in your area of work. Salary: 9.25 EUR per hour.
