Learning and Development Partner. Role Summary. You will play a key role in supporting employee development across the business driving employee engagement and facilitating the achievement of company objectives. You will develop collaborative relationships with L & D Business Partners, HR Business Partners and with the Talent Acquisition Team. You will also engage with business leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues across various business areas, to identify performance improvement opportunities and to address knowledge gaps within the business. Core Duties. Working closely with your colleagues in L D, HR and the Business; identify, design and deliver learning and development strategies. Partnering with business leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for business & professional development. Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives. Developing fresh and innovative training to include blended training approaches. Creating assessments to reinforce learning, including situational and scenario-based assessments. Managing & facilitating the delivery of progressive training initiatives and development programmes. Contributing to the Objective Setting & Performance Conversation process through identification of training and development needs. Ensuring best practice approach to learning & development across all L&D initiatives. Analysing learning and development needs through a comprehensive TNA. Evaluating L & D programmes to assess impact of learning. Reporting on and analysing L&D activities. Supporting the design and delivery of the company Induction programme. Skills and Experience. 5 years` experience in a Learning & Development/Training role, with minimum of 3 years` experience designing and delivering training and development programmes. 3rd level qualification in Business, HR or related qualification. CIPD training qualification preferable. Proven track record designing, delivering and evaluating training. Management of a Graduate Programme desirable. Ability to influence others, drive a strong learning agenda and partner with business leaders at all levels in the business.
