Sigmar Recruitment , on behalf of our client, a leading International Risk Management Company based in Dublin, is recruiting a experienced Paraplanner . This position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis. Our Client, a leading International Risk and Insurance Broker, is looking to speak with experienced Paraplanners toy work alongside the companies Financial Advisors in providing market research and reports and managing queries for High Net Worth clients. Key Responsibilities. Work with Head of Private Clients to ensure company is identifying new product and business opportunities and engage with Insurers, the Head of Investment & Product Placement and internal departments to implement such developments, changes and updates. In conjunction with the Financial Advisors, put in place a clear plan of activity in terms of lead generation to actively review clients and introduce them to our core product strategies. Manage and deliver sales operation metrics including activity, income & profitability. Ensure Sales team are fully briefed on all market and product changes on a timely basis. Ensure all relevant procedures are followed to comply with Central Bank regulations & company requirements. Assist in compiling and analysing sales related reports as required. Key Requirements. Minimum 3 years+ experience in a life & pensions related role. QFA qualification is required. Desire to complete the RPA or making progress towards this is advantageous. Analytical, with a strong knowledge of products, business practices, markets and competitors is expected. Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous tasks. Salary.
