Acrow Recruitment is seeking an M&E CoOrdinator to work on the Dublin based construction projects for a top contractor. Our Client works on a broad portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, including; Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical etc. The position is essentially responsible for managing all service installations in line with company procedures and guidelines, including management of Services and Sub-Contractors and personnel to drive the project through to successful completion. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will have the ability to analyse data to identify the critical sequence and quantify the resources required so that key management decisions can be made. Experience in developing design proposals at sketch, detail design and production stages is a must; and an ability to explore and identify solutions to complex problems, while ensuring strict deadlines and safety protocol are met. Requirements: -Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification in Construction Engineering or Building Services. -Preferably 3+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor or Building Services Contractor; or have Consultant expertise in Building Services of Mechanical and Electrical Systems. -Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package and AutoCAD.
