A leading multinational requires 2 x Digital Payments Support Agents to join the team for an exciting new project. Applicants must have solid experience in dealing with a variety of online ‘payments’ features and applications such as PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, Pay Anywhere, plus good knowledge of Indian payment apps such as BHIM, UPI, MobiKwik etc. ( NB. We do NOT require a finance background ) . The role will involve managing high volume email support queries and responding appropriately. A technical support background would be ideal for this position and applicants MUST have fluent English AND Hindi . You will be capable of working well as part of a small team within a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Please note the role is email support only and we are especially seeking candidates with this type of experience who meet the criteria above ( face-to-face or telephone customer service experience is not relevant .) These roles will operate on a shift pattern and there are two options to select from: Sunday to Thursday: 6am to 2pm. Tuesday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm.
