This city centre favourite is currently recruiting a highly polished and talented Restaurant Manager to lead their Restaurant team. A key aspect of this role is to elevate the service delivery to even higher standards in this very busy, modern, fine dining restaurant. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent training and customer care skills with the ability to consistently drive the team to top levels of service. The successful candidate will have a background in top restaurants (independent and/or hotel restaurant) with at least five years’ previous experience as Restaurant Manager. You will need proven high end restaurant skills with excellent attention to detail and wine knowledge. Leading your team and managing the flow of business is very important to the success of this role.
