Recruiter. You will be have your own portfolio of business areas with a focus on Graduate and Experienced Hires; sourcing in the domestic and international market. This 360 recruiter role is open based on significant growth within the business. Project Management skills are essential with a proven track record in sourcing, attracting and hiring within a highly competitive talent market. A commercial focus will be critical to performing well in this role. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated career focused and ambitious In-house Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their skills. Main responsibilities. Supporting the Recruitment Strategy, the Recruitment Manager and wider Senior HR team to develop and execute recruitment strategies across all levels; graduates/experienced hires and senior professionals. The remit will cover all locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Engage effectively with all stakeholders in resource planning. Support the recruitment budget and headcount approval process with a focus on direct sourcing. Attract and source top talent working with the Recruitment Manager and Marketing Team to support the development of engaging and creative recruitment campaigns. Leverage the extensive digital, social media and physical channels available. Own and drive sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline. Driving recruitment process working closely with the management team to ensure the recruitment process runs as effectively and efficiently. Ensure best practice in the use of recruitment processes and tools provided in respect to RMS systems. Support all reporting and metric requests. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders - business partners and suppliers. Work closely with HR colleagues, Directors and Managers across the business to develop meaningful open and communicative relationships. Skills and attributes: 3 years' recruitment experience working in a fast paced in-house corporate environment; solid commercial acumen and knowledge of the recruitment market; relevant 3rd level qualification; proficiency in the use of in-house Recruitment Management systems; excellent relationship management skills - ability to influence senior business leaders; This job originally appeared on RecruitIreland.com.
