Sigmar Recruitment , on behalf of our client, an international Non-Life insurance company based in Dublin City Centre , is currently recruiting a Polish and German speaking Insurance Claims Team Leader . This position is being offered on a permanent full-time position. Our client is seeking a Polish and German speaking Claims Team Leader to work within their Payment Protection Insurance Claims team. Managing a small team of Claims Handlers, you will ensure thesmooth daily functioning of the Claims team operating in the Polish and German markets. This will include monitoring the teams claims processes to ensure claims are handled in a timely and cost efficient manner in line with company policies and relevant legislation. You will also be responsible for the reviewing the Claims Handlers settled claims and training them on new/updated processes and techniques. You will also liaise wth other teams in relation to underwriting, project work and operations support. Requirements. Fluent Polish, German and English speaker. 3 years' experience in an insurance Claims position. Relevant Insurance Qualification CIP, ACII, etc. desirable but not essential. Previous people management experience; formal managment training desirable but not essential. Excellent written Polish, German and English. Knowledge of Payment Protection Insurance desirable but not essential. Salary. Excellent Salary and Benefits package on offer.
