Receptionist/Admin Assistant. ¿Salary €22-23k. 6 month contract initially covering maternity leave¿ Reporting to the Director. DUTIES. · Rec/admin duties. · Meeting & greeting. · Monitor email for sales order processing - Volumes vary regarding orders. · Prepare and Issue requisition order for warehouse. · Liaise with warehouse staff order deadlines. · Issue invoices on Navision to be attached to goods collection/dispatch. · Prepare Reports for Customs on a regular basis. Ideal candidate; · Professional with good customer service experience. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Strong computer skills: Word, Excel. · Navision computer package desirable but not essential. · Background in logistics/shipping desirable.
