Description

Receptionist Administrator for a company well established based in Dublin 2 for a 6 month maternity leave contract. Salary: 22K. Rec/admin duties. Meeting & greeting. Monitor email for sales order processing - Volumes vary regarding orders. Prepare and Issue requisition order for warehouse. Liaise with warehouse staff order deadlines. Issue invoices on Navision to be attached to goods collection/dispatch. Prepare Reports for Customs on a regular basis. Ideal candidate; Professional with good customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills: Word, Excel. Navision computer package desirable but not essential. Background in logistics/shipping desirable. Hours: 35 hours per week.
