Senior Sales Manager (Agricultural Media Advertising) Ref DMG54251. Eden Recruitment is looking to speak to highly motivated Sales professionals, who have a proven background in sales management within the Media Advertising space. Our client publishes market leading titles and is looking to add to their sales management team. The role is based in Dublin, but there will be some national and international travel involved. The role will involve direct sales as well as managing a team of 4 telesales agents, and will be tasked with both Business developing new clients and managing existing clients. The role will manage a multi channel sales offering primarliy focussed on the Agricultural sector. It will focus on print, online media and nationwide events, targetting the Agri sector. The Candidate. 3rd level qualification in Agriculture, Business or similar. 5 years Sales Management experience within Media Advertising is preferred with strong knowledge and expereince of Digital and Social Media. Extensive knowledge of the Agricultural Industry in Ireland is essential. Proven track record of delivering to sales targets - can do attitude. Proven track record in people management (Training, Performance Management etc.) and strong communication skills required. Must be flexible to some national/international travel as required. Full clean driving licence. This role will be a mix of office and field based and will attract highly motivated Sales Professionals with a strong background in Agriculture and ideally online media /advertsing sales experience. Excellent salary package to include bonus and company vehilcle applies.
