About the Job: • You will work with the Meetings and Events operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the department. • You will be supervising the activates of the team members to ensure all duties are performed. • You will maximise sales and profitability through creating an environment where staff are selling, using incentives and promotions. • The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role in a Food and Beverage Operation.
