We are looking for relief catering supervisors for a number of contracts with Three Q Temps. Job Title: Relief Catering Supervisors. Location: Locations throughout Dublin South. Position Information: We have a number of flexi-contracts available in a number of units. Shift pattern will vary based on the client’s needs. Suitable candidates must possess a recognised Hotel and Catering/Hospitality Qualification and a minimum of 1 years supervisory experience in a high quality Hospital/Nursing Home environment. Candidates must possess intensive HACCP & hygiene knowledge and understanding – must be comfortable to apply standards with full team and monitor and report any issues (uniforms, deep clean, recording standards. A working knowledge of using an operating menu card system and ensuring kitchen and staff are working off same dietary requirements, is also desirable. Previous working knowledge of quality management systems. Excellent people management and organisational skills.
