A Global Payments provider in Dublin City is looking for a Senior Java Developer (Daily rate contract).Our Client is working exclusively with Morgan McKinley to find the perfect match. What will you do? You'll document your detailed component designs, based on business requirements. You'll work as part of a self-organising scrum team. We work in a fast-moving agile set-up, so expect to pitch in with other responsibilities from time to time also. Skills and experience required: Minimum 5 years' experience with software development using Java /J2EE. Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, REST, SOAP and Web Services. Ability to complete a very complex project ensuring to deliver good, clean code. Previous experience in a scrum team, taking a team approach to design, development and testing. Strong application process flow and problem solving techniques. Knowledge and extensive use of common tools used by the engineering group: version control, change management, automated builds, continuous integration, automated testing modelling etc. Outstanding analytical skills, self-motivated, high performing and goal oriented.
