Key Responbilities: Prepare consolidated financial statements for the PLC and local GAAP statements for all other Irish subsidiaries. Act as the lead contact with external auditors on all Irish audits. Involvement in Corporate ad hoc projects. Business partnering with US Finance, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Tax. Prepare management reports including budgetary control, forecasting and reporting for corporate costs in location, including PLC cash management. Own the workflows necessary for the preparation of timely and accurate Irish tax filings. Act as principal point of contact with Irish Tax Authorities and the internal Corporate Tax department. Ensure compliance with local and Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley and other control standards that may be set by Corporate. Skills, Experience & Education Requirements: Qualifed Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA. Big4 trained an advantage. Industry exposure with a PLC an advantage. Internal audit experience with Sarbanes-Oxley an advantage. Extensive knowledge of local GAAP and other applicable regulations & legislation as related to accounting functions. Strong knowledge of Irish Company Law. SOX documentation and testing experience is a definite plus. Experience with Oracle financials and, Hyperion systems preferred.
