Based in one of their top clients, feeding up to 300 per mealtime, this role requires an energetic, innovative chef who loves customer interaction as well as the challenge of continuously creating new dishes that will wow the client. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years as Senior Sous Chef (or equivalent role) in a quality establishment and will demonstrate a sharp eye for quality and presentation with a wide range of cooking stylesand immaculate, imaginative presentation styles.
