Acrow Recruitment are currently recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of Irelands general contractors to work on their construction projects in the Dublin region. This general contractor also specialise in Fit Out and Refurbishment and New Build, in a wide range of sectors; including commercial, residential, hotel & leisure and industrial. Duties will include: Liaising, reporting to and generally assisting the Senior Surveyor, including the compilation of cost reports and projecting. Assist in procurement of subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries and compiling tender comparatives for projects and advise of any concerns or value engineering detail as appropriate. Liaising with the Project Team & Design Team to ensure program, details and specifications are met. Requirements. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. Minimum of 3 year’s post-graduate experience.   Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience and expectations.
