This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience in funds to join a small and dynamic team in a leading financial services company. RESPONSIBILITIES. Legal advice and review of funds documentation. Review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements. Review and maintain up to date the company's standard agreements' template. Liaise with and advise internal stakeholders (operations, sales, etc.) on all legal queries and keep them informed of any applicable regulation/legislation. REQUIREMENTS. Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 2 years' relevant experience. Experience must include the preparation and review of funds documentation. Familiarity with the Irish funds regulatory framework.
