Description

The HR Lead (Part-Time) is responsible for providing effective HR services to the two business units. Role purpose: Reporting into Chief Executive and supporting the business leads, the primary objective of the HR Lead is to provide excellent HR service to the business across a range of activities while supporting a broad change agenda. You will have oversight of the delivery of day to day operational HR, leadership, employee engagement, performance management, coaching and development to the business areas. Role Responsibilities. Responsible for providing strategic and operational support. Driving Culture Change and Employee Engagement. Working with the business to enable a high performing organisation. Leading on key HR projects. Responsible for Employee Relations. Benchmarking, compensation & benefits. Responsible for Payroll. Managing Risk, Compliance & Regulatory HR requirements. Developing and providing guidelines on the application of company policies and procedures to internal and external/contracted parties. Change Management - inputting to, and rolling out change programmes across the organisation. Responsible for Recruitment and ensure robust attraction strategies and develop the best leaders for the business. Providing support, coaching and development to meet the requ. Driving the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda. Responsible for Health and Safety requirements. Responsible for ensuring delivery from our outsourced service providers. Preparation of quarterly board input. Responsible for liaising with wider HR teams to ensure HR best practice. Skills and Experience. 5 years' experience within HR / Organisation Development, ideally 3 of which were at managerial level. Proven track record in negotiating and influencing Senior Stakeholders ideally during a time of significant change. Change Management experience preferable. Excellent organisational and analytical skills. Experience in programme management responsibility. Proven ability to negotiate through a matrix organisation.
