Recruitment / CV Review Specialist Duration: 11 months. Salary: 48k. Responsibilities: Quickly cultivate a deep understanding of our culture, the way we operate and nuances of each business area, jurisdictions and markets across the EMEA regionto identify the best candidates to fill roles. Collaborate: Work closely with the Recruiting Team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. Build strong relationships with the rest of the Resume Review team, working flexibly across multiple business areas, taking every opportunity to ensure the very best talent is identified. Find the right match: Connect great people to the right roles. Quickly identify talent to meet the basic requirements needed by the business. Communicate clearly: Effectively connect with each business area, building great partnerships with the teams you serve. Be flexible: We are constantly changing and evolving and you will need to be able to grow and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our business partners. Skills: Minimum qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative support team or shared services environment. Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience. Preferred qualifications. 2+ year of experience in HR systems. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service. Sourcing/resume review experience. Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently. Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
