This position is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a strong work ethic to provide excellent customer service to all patients and clients with empathy,professionalism in a respectful manner. Your Role : *Maintain all records/correspondence/databases/documentation, electronic or other formats, in an accurate and legible manner within agreed policies. *Daily scheduling and co-ordination of patients in accordance with the service requirements. *Contating patients to coordinate visits and home call outs. *Management of the daily schedule and onward sharing of schedule to all recipients. *Responsible for the administration of daily/weekly/monthly documentation for departmental reviews. *Report customer related concerns as required and in line with reporting processes effectively. *Assist in the development of patient IT systems and services. *Recieve and process patient referrals maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. *Assist in rescheduling emergency or urgent work requests if and as necessary,providing effective solutions to al queries. *Complete all ad-hoc administration duties as required. Desirable : -Strong knowledge of the health-care industry. -Experience in a similar planning / scheduling position. -Strong PC, administration, interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. -Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions quickly and effectively.
