GENERAL OBJECTIVES AND TASKS: Attracting new customers through on-site product promotions. Contribution of ideas to other departments. Keeping Customer loyalty. Customer knowledge and continuous communication with marketing and commercial departments. Communication of technical and operational incidents on-site. Monitoring and communication of the actions of competitors. Support in the activities of the sales and marketing department. Reporting daily checklist of product status. Daily work will be attending customers in gaming halls. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will be out-going, friendly and responsible. From 20 to 35 years old. Be well-presented and maintain a professional image at all times through appearance. Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Be a team player.
