Telecommunications group in Dublin have a permanent opportunity for a Head of Finance and Regulatory Reporting. This is an exciting, fast paced and challenging career opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional. Key Responsibilities. Plan and Implement financial strategy on an annual basis. Preparation of annual budgets and monthly reforecasting. Development of regular monitoring of performance and re-forecasting. Develop, implement and monitor the financial controls and procedures of the company and ensuring consistency of accounting policy and procedures. The role will include business case review and analysis of customer behaviour, to get a true understanding of the underlying business commercials. Driving an effective Financial Performance Review office that highlights the key areas of risk and opportunities in relation to the achievement of targets and is unrelenting in follow through of actions agreed. Produce and review Monthly board reports and presentations, presenting to management team and Board on business performance and improvement initiatives required and or identified. Ensure compliance with all local statutory requirements including production and preparation of tax fillings. Point of contact on all Regulatory matters. Recruit, train and ensure the day to day management of the Finance team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Qualified ACCA with extensive PQE experience. Strong Telecommunications experience is essential. High level of commercial acumen required. Advanced interpersonal, team-working and leadership skills an advantage.
