FRS has been retained by a leading healthcare technology company based in Dublin to recruit for a Telemarketing Manager to lead their growing team of Telemarketing consultants. Our client. With over 80 branches and clinics, our client is a leading player in the healthcare technology space. Due to recent expansion, they are growing their telemarketing team and as a result are recruiting for a Telemarketing Manager to oversee the team. This role offers an ideal opportunity to for an experienced Telemarketing Manager to join a progressive, dynamic organisation. Role. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' plus experience working as a Telemarketing Manager and will have solid experience of leading a team. Currently there are 5 Telemarketers with my client envisaging this to grow to 10 by next year. As a Telemarketing Manager you will be responsible for the following: Ensuring sufficient guidance is given to the Telemarketing team. Facilitate regular training sessions. Oversee team meetings. Ensure team members are hitting targets. Provide detailed reports on appointment statistics. Desired. Have strong business acumen. Have good reporting writing abilities.
