Quality Validation Executive - Dublin South. We are looking for an experienced candidate to be responsible for the review of validation documents such as policies, master plans, procedures, specifications, investigations, protocols and risk assessments and reports, as well as and support of validation documentation control and archival. Responsibilities: Support the process of Technical Transfer of products to site. Review and approval of equipment and software protocols/reports/URS’ to ensure compliance with current regulatory expectations. Participate in process Risk Assessments. Quality Lead for validation activities in project work involving cross-functional, multi-departmental teams. Preparation of validation training material for relevant personnel and contractors. Review and approval of change controls. Implementation and revision of quality validation procedures. Equipment qualification review and other QSSD data for Annual Product Quality Reviews. Development and implementation of improved systems to further quality and efficiency in the QSS Department through projects, continuous improvement work, 5S and LEAN. Proactively driving delivery of the departmental and company objectives and goals. All candidates must have a degree in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with a focus on the QA/Validation area.
