We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie /Junior Sous Chef for one of the finest hotels in Dublin City Centre. Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef. Location: Dublin City Centre. Salary: €28,000 - €30,000. Facility: 5-Star Hotel. Benefits: Uniform. Free Meals on Duty. Excellent training. Career Progression. Job Requirements: This kitchen is currently going through a lot of exciting changes recently and is looking for motivated and dedicated members to join the team. Your role will be to support the Sous and Executive Head Chef in maintaining the kitchen's excellent reputation. You will ensure HACCP cooperation at your station and in the Kitchen at all times. Food Preparation at designated stations while maintaining service levels and timing. Are you an experienced Chef with 5-Star standards?
