Marketing Career Recruitment client is an well-established Irish company with a highly successful worldwide branded B2B business with retail divisions. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, they seek a senior marketing executive. Your role will be to continue to maintain strong partnerships with external agencies to execute cohesive marketing and communication tools which build trust and loyalty in the brand. Brand management across international markets including all elements of design, packaging and intellectual property in Ireland / UK, Europe and Australia. Lead Group’s digital marketing strategy, aiding in-house teams in creation and implementation of effective digital campaigns that meet key performance indicators across all multi-media including the management of effective social media campaigns across several platforms. Generate and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns through a customer-driven approach using digital, print, international events & exhibitions, new product launches, point of sale, promotions, public relations and advertising. Ensure timely delivery of all marketing campaigns from inception, creative development, rate negotiation, through to reporting and results measurement whilst keeping within budget. Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with internal managers that positively contribute to brand advocacy in mature markets whilst continue to grow brand presence in emerging markets. Assist in customer-centric marketing investment appropriate to their specific customer base; customer relationship initiatives, visual merchandise upgrades, instore POS materials, branch events, customer entertainment, local advertising, sponsorships and awards. Exciting role for marketer with four year’s post grad marketing communications and brand experience. Must be a highly effective marketer used to working in busy marketing department and you must have great communications skills, dealing with numerous stakeholders in this global business.
