Digital Marketing Executive. Our client is a challenger telco brand. On their behalf we are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to manage their digital channels. You will be an experienced marketer with the credibility to influence at all levels both internally and externally with experience in digital marketing. You will be working in one of the fastest moving and fastest growing areas of the business in a challenging and exciting environment. You will develop and executing plans that drive customer behaviour and deliver business targets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. You will ensure that digital channels are relevant, on brand, easy to understand and structured in a layout that drives self-service, brand engagement and sales among our target market. Build and develop a strong digital strategy and plan to achieve core KPI's (acquisition/registrations/engagement) and support the brand positioning. You will be responsible for driving conversions through the online sales channel and be responsible for the look and feel of new campaigns through the website. You will be responsible for managing the digital agencies from creative, social and technical - and will plan creative execution and media spend through them. You will be responsible for the social media content calendar and digital plan surrounding social. This needs to be on brand with content meeting our engagement targets. You will collaborate with IT on any specific digital projects that are customer facing ensuring all ensuring that all components from a marketing perspective are included in the agenda. Troubleshooting and helping to set standards and processes and continually making recommendations to improve process and maximize efficiencies where possible. Ensure there is accurate reporting and detailed information on all digital channels. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. 4 years relevant digital marketing experience. Being a disciplined operator that is comfortable with tight deadlines and budget management. Having an ability to operate at a strategic level but also to manage a "hands on" delivery programme with tight timescales. Strong presentation and negotiation skills to influence at all levels.
