We are currently looking to recruit a permanent experienced Accounts Assistant for a busy Transport/Logistics company based in Dublin 11. Suitable candidate must have minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. A self starter capable of working under their own initiative is vital. Duties & Responsibilities. • Payroll. • Reconciliation of accounts. • Bank Reconciliation. • Matching pickups / pricing invoices. • Raise miscellaneous sales invoices. • Preparation of returns for revenue ie. VAT, PAYE/PRSI Returns. • Any other related work. Hours of work 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary ranging at 35K.
