Role: Business Research Analyst. Description. My client is a specialist in the use of sophisticated insurance solutions as a wealth structuring tool for individuals and organisations. They are now seeking a Business Research Analyst with an extensive academic background and experience working within a business analytics environment. The successful applicant will join the organisational development division on a permanent basis. Responsibilities. Diagnose business problems using action research principles and processes. Plan and design bespoke research interventions. Collecting and analysing data using both quantitative/qualitative methods. Write up and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Design and contract with stakeholders ‘action experiments’ Ensure the action research agenda aligns with the department’s organisational strategy. Skills and Qualifications. Familiarity with action research principles and methods. Demonstrable ability to gather, analyse and report on quantitative and qualitative data. Prior experience of researching business problems/opportunities within an organisation. Relevant Master’s Degree (e.g., Business, Social Science, Anthropology.
