My Client is looking to recruit an experienced Deli manager to join there leading store. Job Responsibilities: Have exceptional operational skills and the ability to drive these high standards through. Menu Development. Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of the Store Manager. Attention to detail. Trade knowledge. Cost management. Proven track record in a Deli Manager/supervisor role. Strong knowledge around Health and Safety HACCAP controls. Job Requirements: The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organization skills.
