Sigmar Recruitment , on behalf of our client a leading International Life Assurance Company, is recruiting a Life Insurance Administrator to join their Group Risk team in Dublin South . As part of the Group Risk team, you will be responsible for liaising with client Brokers via phone and email. You will handle client Broker queries and administration requests. You will be an experienced Customer Service professional with excellent phone and administration skills. Previous Life & Pensions or General insurance experience desirable. Excellent location on the Luas Green Line, with free parking and free shuttle to local Dart station. This position is initially being offered on a 9-month contract basis with the potential to be offered a permanent position on successful completion of the contract. Requirements. Previous experience in a contact centre/call centre dealing with customers by phone and email essential. Previous experience in a similar role in the Life & Pensions or General Insurance/Financial Services industry desirable but not essential. QFA/APA qualified or interest in studing for same. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service ethos, with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, confident and conscientious. Ability to work within a team and relate well to other team members.
