About the Job: Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records. Maintaining records. Providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Candidate Requirements: Strong motivation to achieve results. Must have a HR qualification and be CIPD qualified. Must have experience in the medical sector. Must have at least 2 years experience. Target driven with the self-discipline to meet and exceed KPIs consistently. Must be a "people person", with the self-motivation and confidence to pick up the phone and represent the company.
