MULTI-SITE FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, DUBLIN. We have an excellent opportunity for a Front Office Manager to manage multiple sites in Dublin City. This role will suit an experienced Senior Receptionist or Assistant Front Office Manager looking for the next step in their career. You will be responsible for all front office staff in each hotel by preparing rosters, training, SOP's and co-ordinating guest services. The Job: Training and development of all front office staff in each hotel. Prepare rosters in line with business demands and allocated budget. Maintain and monitor daily activities including arrivals, VIP's, special requests etc. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor selling status of house daily. Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting for clients. Train and develop junior staff members and actively recruit where necessary. The Candidate: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Minimum of 1-2 years Supervisory experience in a busy room focused hotel. Excellent organisation and admin skills. Excellent IT skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
