You will be part of one of Ireland's fastest growing food outlets with responsibility for the managment and operations of a number of units across the Dublin region. The role itself offers you the opportunity to enduldge in your passion for food, while driving the business forward through the efficient and effective management of the people below you. The Role. Working alongside unit managers and staff to achieve optimum brand presentaton and operations. Liase with Head Office to ensure all policies and procedures are being effectively carried out within store. Training and development of a large team of employees. Opening of new units. Reporting the performance of units to Head Office while helping to develop strategies for pushing the business forward and helping it to grow. Providing business planning and financial reviews to maximise profitability. Devise and deliver training programmes to managers and staff as required and follow up with ongoing support and development. The Person. You must have at least3 years experience in an food operations role either in hospitality or retail. You will have experience in managing large teams. You will have worked towards targets and KPI's, while also setting KPI's for your team. You are a motivated self-starter who shares our clients passion for the highest standards of service. A clear understanding of culinary operations and business finance. Flexibility within the role. OR. Experience at a regional/area level in fresh food operations.
