The Role. This is an extremely exciting role with international exposure with one of Ireland's largest food outlets. The role will require managing the operations and standards of a network of international stores along with opening of new stores and will require a large amount of international travel. Responsibilities. As manager of the International Franchise Network, you will have overall responsibility for the management of franchise partner relationships and for the support of franchise store operations. The role encompasses account management, legislative matters, project management, store design and build, training programmes, back office support services and supporting the franchise partners in all aspects of operating the unit. Key challenges include brand execution and delivering on brand experiences to ensure this is consistent across all stores and in all markets. Key Requirements. A minimum of 8 years in the FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or Foodservice industry. Key account management experience. Full driving licence and European Passport. Strong Interpersonal skills with an ability to lead, motivate and inspire. An ability to adapt and operate across different countries and cultural environments. Flexibility, initiative and a strong work ethic operating in a fast paced environment. Effective Communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
