Catering Assistants Jobs in Dublin (Hospitals and Nursing homes. Noel Recruitment is seeking to recruit experienced Catering Assistants and Kitchen Staff to work in kitchens and canteens in Hospitals and Nursing homes all over Dublin. The ideal candidate will: - have previous experience working as a Catering Assistant in Ireland or in the EU. - have excellent communication and time management skills. - have the ability to work in a team and on own initiative. - will have good level of spoken English. - be able to maintain strict professional approach to work at all times. Duties include: • Assisting with basic food preparation. • Organising food preparation areas. • Serving customers. • Assisting with set up and service of food counter. • Understanding daily menu portion control. • Ensuring counters are replenished and tidy throughout service. • Ensuring chefs are equipped with food and tools they need. • Being prepared to carry out any additional duties outside of general duties. • following the agreed HACCP standards and procedures. • following, recording and documenting all cleaning as required by the kitchen procedures.
