Stone Merchant are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator with Tile Industry for our Ballymount Offices. Some Sales experience is preferable but not essential. JOB DESCRIPTION: Answering phones & dealing with customer queries. Taking customer orders. Typing truck manifests & planning routes. Serving customers when required. Liaising with Credit Control department. Setting up C.O.D.’s. Sending weekly mail merge. Sending samples to customers. Filing orders / manifests. General administrative support to Director & Sales Team. ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: (Specification & Qualifications. Candidates must have Tile Industry Experience. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of office administration. Experience in computerised accounts would be an advantage. Competency in the English language is essential. Have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
