Hartley People are looking to recruit a marketing and communications manager for a FMCG company based in Wexford. The main responsibilities of the role are: Create and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to deliver company objectives. Responsible for creative development, management and analysis of all digital media. Manage all internal and external communications for the group. Develop and implement brand strategy ensuring consistency and clarity of message across all elements of the brand plan. Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of market trends, target market, the trade and competitor activities. Manage the budget of the Marketing function and present regular reports on expenditure. The ideal candidate will need: A minimum of 3 years marketing and communication experience in FMCG. Must have strong commercial experience in an FMCG. Proven strong track record in strategy, brand and category management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in cross functional teams and across different markets. Flexiblity to travel when required.
