EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, 4* DUBLIN. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to take on a new, exciting challenge in a 4* Dublin hotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your duties will be: Implementing training procedures and standard procedures for the Reception department. Ensure all invoices are processed efficiently to all clients. Understand third party websites and liaise with Front Office Manager and Reservations department to close off websites over the weekend. Ensure all duties of the reception team are carried out to the highest of standards and in an efficient manner. Liaise with all departments to ensure guest requests are met such as special occasions, requirements, room requests, dietary requirements etc. Work closely with reservations department to maximise room revenue and upsell on check in. Manage reception lodgements and ensure all bills balance at end of day. The candidate: 2-3 years minimum as a senior Receptionist/Front Office Supervisor in a 4*/5* hotel. Strong customer service and communication skills. Be able to multi task and work under pressure. Flexible to work 5/7 days. Good knowledge of PMS.
