Our Client is a long established Freight Forwarder with offices throughout the world. They are now looking to grow their Dublin sales team with an additional experienced Air Freight Sales Exec.Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager, you will agree the range, number of account targets and strategic plan required to be successful in this role. Key responsibilities will include; To achieve agreed sales targets for air, sea and road products. Targets are twice your total cost to the business or generally three times basic salary. Liaise with an extensive network of overseas agents as well as local partners. Visit customers as per maintenance program. Generate leads and convert to new business as per replenishment target. Provide customer support where necessary. Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years air freight sales experience within the Irish freight industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Proven ability to develop new customers. Strong presentation skills. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Good business acumen. The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Terms: Full time, permanent. Package: €Neg. Basic + Commission/Bonus + Car/Allowance + Pension + Healthcare.
