Your Responsibilities: Create and maintain logs for maintaining and documenting changes made to mission critical monitoring systems. Logs will contain a detailed description of all changes, the reason for the changes and who authorised the change. Create and maintain a current listing of all points that are in an override or locked out state. Electrical maintenance and fault finding. Electrical systems, HVAC, Boilers, Boiler Control Systems, DC systems and emergency lighting systems & Switchgear. Building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Systems and Building Fabric etc.) Operation of gas boiler softened water systems, water skids, compressors, cooling towers, pumps and motors. Monitor, Manage, coordinate, Operate and maintain all HVAC generation and distribution systems. Manage HVAC recertification programme including HEPA filters. Ensure HVAC operates as per design criteria. Operate and manage HVAC hot water, humidification, steam and chilled water generation and distribution. Planning, execution & remediation action from Mechanical Integrity, PSM, pressure vessel, safety relief valves and lines etc., and piping inspection and integrity test program as per site directive, site specific SOPs. Requirements: Qualified Electrical Technician with Further Education and Training Awards Council “FETAC”, or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in either the construction, operations or maintenance fields or any combination there of. Experience with motors and Variable speed drives. Preferably with C&G 2079 or C&G 2078 qualification. At least 5 years previous electrical & HVAC facilities experience. Benefits. Life Assurance.
