Working with the LotusWorks team as an Instrumentation and Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for providing commissioning and start-up support for new and existing plant equipment including HVAC and process systems. Responsibilities. Calibration of instrumentation in an FDA regulated environment. Instruments to be calibrated but not limited to are, pressure, temperature, level, flow, pH and conductivity transmitters. Perform troubleshooting of instrumentation and controls systems as needed. Develop commissioning protocols and test procedures prior to commissioning equipment. Develop calibration SOP’s as needed. Requirements. Cert/Diploma in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent Trade qualifications. 3+ years relevant working experience working in a similar environment. Must have a good working knowledge of I & C systems and equipment and be knowledgeable of operation, design and construction practices. Must have experience performing process instrumentation calibrations. Good problem-solving skills are essential to the successful operation of the FMS systems.
