Office Manager role coming from working in a legal company based in the Dublin 2. This person will report to the Partner. Salary: 50K depending on level of experience. Duties/Responsibilities: To oversee the daily operations of the office, to co-ordinate and monitor the activities that occur within the office and to main the smooth running of the office. Be able to produce legal documents and guide staff on the production of legal documents Manage staff holidays– ensuring that there are sufficient resources at all times. In the event of holidays/sick leave ensure that the workload is distributed amongst other staff and that all deadlines are met. Involvement in the interviewing of support staff. Induction of support staff – ensuring the work station/office for the new staff member is ready and Access cards have been issued. Liaising with IT support to ensure new staff are set up on the companies system on arrival. Delivering induction presentations to all new staff. Carry out annual staff appraisals in conjunction with HR. Implementing administration systems within the office to include Health and Safety policies Ensure office equipment is fully functional and log calls to IT support or provider as required. Banking/Petty Cash reconciliation/printing of invoices when approved. Arranging top up of franking machine for Court fee documents Oversee use of strongroom/wills and title documents. Printing of invoices/file closing/archiving and retrieving files. Ordering letterhead/business cards. The ideal candidate should have a Legal background , excellent IT knowledge (proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to use their own initiative.
