The Role. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Directors, the Director will be responsible for leading the NMI and overseeing its operations as follows: leading the staff and day-to-day operations; developing and implementing the NMI Masterplan and associated strategies and policies; ensuring the professional protection, preservation and interpretation of the Museum collections; promoting appropriate initiatives and implementing organisational change.
