Exciting permanent opportunity available within a quoted Medical device company for a Cash application Specialist in North Dublin. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels in the organisation, show strong initiative, to have the ability to work to tight deadlines and resolve allocation queries with the collections team. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic AR cash application specialist wishing to develop world class accounting and business experience within a highly successful NASDAQ quoted medical devices company. Key responsibilities. Responsible for the daily application of cash received for assigned entitles within SLA's and KPI's. Provide customer payment information to the collections team as required. Resolve allocation queries with collection team. Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve the service. Liaise closely with bank reconciliations and accounts receivable teams. Accurately wire receipts to customer accounts receivable balances in accordance with customer remittance instructions. Qualifications/Experience required. 2 Years accounts receivable; Treasury or General Accounts Experience required. Knowledge of the Oracle 12 system or SAGE an advantage.
