Payments Team Manager - Banking. Our Client a leading international banking organisation is looking to recruit a Payments Manager to join their team. The role will involve. Day to day management of Team members, including ownership of 121’s, Appraisals, etc. Provide supervisory oversight of payment input and approval process in the various payment systems. Daily reconciliation of paying agency accounts. Responsibility for Team KPI’s. Complete ad hoc tasks as required. Provide ownership of the on boarding and training process for additional payment systems. Complete reviews of work completed by the team – provide updates to management. Provide guidance to the Business on any queries in regard to payment formatting or associated payment queries. Review payment data static set up to ensure accuracy. Interested candidates must have. 5 - 10 years Payments experience within international financial services. Thorough knowledge and experience of inputting and approving payments and a detailed knowledge of Swift would be an advantage (MT103, MT202, MT199 and MT599. Ability to operate within a busy Team Environment, build relationships across business lines, strong communications skills. Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail. Ability to meet demanding and tight deadlines.
