A leading telco company are looking for DPS to suppor the GDPR PM in key GDPR programme deliverable's. In the role you will advise and guide the business on data protection matters particularly in relation the development of new products and services. Key Responsibilities. Policy Compliance Review process - work with the programme team to implement the new policy. compliance in our new privacy by design process. Security and Privacy Risk Register definition - update and align the registers in accordance to. new policy requirements across the business and define a communication and process to be sent. out to the business. New Baseline for products and services -support the programme team to implement the new. privacy by design process and communication thereof. Privacy Impact Assessments and operationalisation of these assessments - work with the Privacy. Officer and programme team to define and operationalise the impact assessment process. Compliance assessment for questionnaire for Controllers - work with the Privacy. Officer/legal/programme team to define and operationalise the questionnaire for controllers. Compliance assessment questionnaire for Processors - work with the Privacy. Officer/legal/programme team to define and operationalise the questionnaire for processors. Maintenance of Register of Personal Processing Register - work with the Privacy Officer to agree. on the process and operationalise the Register of Personal Processing Register. Any other privacy processes identified by the Privacy Officer or Programme Lead that may be. required to be defined and implemented during the course of the secondment. Experience Required. Demonstrable strong stakeholder management. skills (required for influencing internally, across. the Group, across the IE business. Courage to 'stand up and be counted' even. when view is unpopular at a more senior level. Ability to analyse complex information and. identify key and relevant points, including. communicating in a relevant and easy to. understand manner. 5 years privacy/data protection experience. Deep understanding of GDPR regulation and. regulation and able to effectively share their. knowledge within the business.
