Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre. Burlington Plaza Dublin Permanent, Part-time Fantastic benefits including free Sky Q, ½ price phone & broadband and lots of other great Sky perks As a Customer Service Advisor in our Dublin Contact Centre, you'll speak with customers who have an issue or question about their Sky service. You'll quickly understand their needs and resolve their queries, whilst also looking for additional sales opportunities which would enhance their Sky experience. You won't be going it alone. Putting customers first is a top priority here and you'll be part of a supportive, fun and friendly team who are all focused on having great conversations. Your responsibilities include: Working to meet daily and weekly targets. Helping customers to solve any queries that they may have in an efficient and professional manner. Gaining a clear understanding of what's important to each customer so that you can give them a tailored solution and actively look for opportunities to match Sky's products to our customer's needs. Using your listening and influencing skills. Doing the right thing for our customers. Who we're looking for… The most important skills in this role are great communication and customer service, with agenuine enthusiasm for delivering the best possible service. You'll love a challenge, and be keen to meet a target that stretches you. Most of all, you'll be a people person and love working a role where you can chat with lots of new people and put them first. We'll be there every step of the way. We want you to do well. Your first few weeks will be spent learning the ropes during our comprehensive induction training. From here you'll graduate to our "Academy", applying what you've learnt with the support of a "buddy" when speaking to customers. In addition to this, you'll receive on-going training to help you develop your career in the direction you want. And the perks?
