A leading international bank is seeking a Solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience and good financial services exposure to join their team in Dublin. This position will be at Vice President level within the organisation. Responsibilities will include: Advise on, review and negotiate client outsourcing contracts and other complex transactions, liaising with the necessary key stakeholders in the business. Ensure that contracting arrangements are consistent with applicable company policies and laws/regulations. Assisting with managing disputes in collaboration with external counsel and/or internal litigation colleagues. Profile required: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE. Background in a top tier private practice is essential. Excellent transactional experience dealing with bespoke and complex contracts.
